At around 2:30 PM on Thursday 29th August 2024 T09K.PNG ( T09K Photography ) requested a support ticket to Lynx Status Team about a possible worldwide outage, This was later discovered to be true and all online services were unavailable on the website…
What Happened?
The problem was affected by the online print code line on the website. The print line allows the website to print ( present ) content on the website, without the print function working correctly content wouldn’t be available to print to the website this affects images, text, buttons etc…
What was actually on the website?
Originally visitors were greeted with a blank white screen but once the status team identified the issue visitors during the downtime could see outlined content, see the bellow image :
How long did downtime last?
The Status Team don’t know exactly when the website went down so we have to create a estimate with the time the ticket was raised, the status team estimated downtime lasted approximately 1hr 47m
Is everything working now?
Yes, everything on the T09K Photography website is now back to normal and should function correctly.
